Richard Inder is the Project's founder. He has more than twenty years’ experience in financial markets both in New Zealand and offshore. Richard has been providing investor and financial media relations advice to a broad spectrum of NZX-listed companies since 2010. 

 

Before that Richard was an NZX-accredited investment adviser with Macquarie Private Wealth, where he helped trusts, institutional investors and retail investors manage their capital. 

 

He is also a former New Zealand Herald Business Editor and Columnist and has written for leading financial news agencies, newspapers and magazines including: Dow Jones Newswires, the Daily Mail in London, The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism. He is a member of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand and holds the Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) Designation from the Australasian Investor Relations Association.

Sharon Williamson has an extensive background in marketing, comm-unications and investor relations, providing IR and communications advice.

Before consulting, Sharon spent nearly 20 years as a senior manager in marketing, research and corporate affairs roles.  This included 18 years in the energy sector; including leading the corporate communications, public affairs and investor relations functions of a number of companies through listing, acquisition, takeover and sale events as well as IR strategy and engagement activities.  

 

Sharon has also held a number of not-for-profit governance roles for many years in sport and facilities.  She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

Coran Lill has more than 20 years’ experience in communications, law and journalism. ​​

 

He started his career as a commercial litigator at law firm Buddle Findlay before moving into journalism, where he worked as a business reporter at The National Business Review. He moved into public relations with one of New Zealand’s leading public relations firms, where he worked on high profile transactions. ​​​

 

In 2010 he moved to Australia where he became a media spokesperson for the Westpac Group before consulting to a number of financial institutions including Suncorp, Perpetual and Westpac. ​​​

 

For the past five years he was a member of the executive team at ASX-listed financial technology company Iress overseeing communications and marketing globally and human resources for the Asia Pacific.  At Iress he was a member of more than a dozen deal teams for acquisitions and divestments in the UK, France, South Africa and Australia as well as working closely with the CEO and Board on investor communications. ​​

 

Coran has law and arts degrees, a graduate diploma in journalism, a diploma in investor relations and recently completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors' course. ​
